Do you need a Korean phone number?
How fast, how cheap — that is the question travellers ask, and it is the wrong one. A data-only eSIM carries maps, messaging and translation perfectly well, then stops dead at a Kakao T taxi and a Baemin order, because those want a Korean number and there is no half of a phone number. One tick from the blocked half decides the whole answer.
